Topic 1:CellsToday I researched on the human white blood cells, or
leukoctyes.
Produced in a cell in the bone marrow called the
hematopoietic stem cell,
they are found all over the body and make up approximately 1% of blood in an adult
human body.
Some become residents of some body tissues, and are given a different name,
although they still serve a role in the immune system.
